Mongol Rally '09 in aid of Christina Noble Childrens Foundation.

We're taking part in the Mongol Rally 09 to raise money for the Christina Noble Childrens Foundation.

For the rally we (4 of us) will be driving a small car (same engine size as a Ford Fiesta) approx 14,000 Km through 29 countries spanning 3 continents to get from London to Ulaanbaatar.  We have to do this in only 30 days.

Thanks for the comment Larissa. I am going to update the blog as the trip proceeds so hopefully there will be some crazy endeavors and a couple of misadventures to keep people interested. Really though, the main goal of all of this is to raise some money for a great charity, I know that IrishAbroad has a real community who can hopefully help us reach our goal.

A friend of mine did this just this past year! It's a crazy endeavor, but they did great. Good luck to you and your teammates!
