Preheat oven to 350F/175 C .
Prepare the filling by combining the rhubarb and strawberries. Then add the flour
and sugar, followed by lemon juice and the nutmeg
Prepare crumb topping by mixing dry ingredients and adding butter pieces until
mixture is crumbly.
Line a 10" tart pan with Pastry Dough. Pour the fruit mixture into pan. Top with
crumb topping or a lattice crust made from the Pastry Dough. Bake for 40
minutes. Serve with a dollop of fresh cream.
