Place the raw potato into a clean teatowel or kitchen paper,
squeeze out all the excess liquid (starch).
Place in mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
well.
Heat a little oil and butter in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the
mixture on hot pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
Serve hot.
