Crack your eggs into a bowl and then add in your milk and whisk
it all together.
Add in some sugar and then sift in the flour into the mixture
also. Whisk all the ingredients together until there are no lumps
left and you have the right consistency. Add in some melted butter
to the mixture.
Put some butter into a pan over a low/medium heat. Add your
crepe mixture to the pan swirling the pan around to make sure you
completely cover the bottom of the pan with the mixture.
Cook the crepe for 1 minute and then flip over onto the other
side allowing another 30 seconds for cooking.
