A Cop With A Big Heart

Her name was Moira Ann Smith and she was a good cop from the neighborhood where I lived. I don't know that I ever saw her on patrol in the Stuyvesant Town and Gramercy Park areas of Manhattan which she patrolled from the 13th Percinct.
