Ray Kelly
Appointed Police Commissioner of New York City in 2002, Ray Kelly is
the first person to hold the post for a second, separate tenure. With
Kelly in command crime levels in New York City are at their lowest in
decades. The Irish-American has also played a key role in tack- ling terrorism
threats head on. He talks to Keith Kelly.
