| Can’t Beat the Human Touch
The factory has been on the industrial estate outside the town for more
than 40 years now. It has always been a good employer and by far the largest
in the region.
They started with 30 workers or thereabouts and that has grown through
the decades until there are nearly 300 workers there now. The carpark had
to be extended twice.
