DUBLIN — House prices look like they may finally be leveling off in Ireland, according to a report in this week’s Sunday Tribune. The paper reports that a glut of houses has recently hit the market and that prices consequently may fall. They also warn that interest rates may finally inch up and cause mortgage prices to spike.
