Domestic Strife
“My wife and I have been married for two years. We have a child together. She is an American citizen. She had an order of protection filed against me during a rough patch in our marriage, and it’s since been lifted, and domestic charges against me have been dropped. We are getting along fine now. I have an interview for my green card later this year. I was turned down at the start of this year. Will I have the same problem again?”
