Sewing the seeds of new career

The gorgeous Andrea Corr is attracting more attention as an actress these days with her new role in a thriller called The Thread.

The Corrs vocalist whose previous credits include The Boys from County Clare, Evita and The Commitments, is said to have already shot her scenes in India where The Thread is being made.

The film tells the story of a man who is haunted by a woman from his past and also stars Saffron Burrows and Linus Roache. Some scenes are also to be filmed in Belfast.
