It’s official — U2 are boring

The X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne has branded Ireland’s biggest rock band U2 “boring”.

The rock matriarch reportedly said she finds their efforts on stage pathetic and suggested they treat their shows for what they are gigs rather than a politically-laden news broadcast.

The reality TV star insisted that they inject more energy into their performance. She said: “Talk about a knees -up? Have you seen U2’s live show? It's boring as hell. It’s like watching CNN.”
