Irish Ferries have set sail on a perilous course that poses a threat
to the future of all national wage agreements in Ireland.
It effectively gave a two-fingered salute to the authorities when it
said that it would not accept a Labour Court ruling which said it should
not replace its Irish staff with cheaper overseas workers without union
agreement.
