Speaking Irish — it’s a whole different language
A CURIOUS aspect of Irish society is that there are four main strands
of attitude to the Irish language. There are those who for any number
of reasons love the beauty of it, those who were scarred by the teaching
of it, those who are completely indifferent to it and those who for reasons
I have never quite figured out actively despise it.
