Domestic prices force home buyers to look overseas

PROPERTY prices in Britain and the North of Ireland are forcing first-time buyers and established home owners alike to consider buying luxury property abroad.

Caroline Murphy, Sales Manager of Dream Overseas Property in Brookeborough in Co. Fermanagh, confirmed that her firm was getting more enquiries from people who are unable to get onto the property ladder in the North and are interested in buying abroad.

She reported her Irish overseas property buyers were split in to two camps.
