Irish help to offer a port in the storm
Do you ever wonder how food gets on to our supermarket shelves? Around
90 per cent of food is delivered to our shores by sea. Some seafarers
are away from home for 10 months at a time. Providing pastoral care to
those living such isolated lives are a group of Irish emigrants working
for The Apostles Of The Sea. TREVOR O’SULLIVAN speaks to some of
their dedicated members.
